Haute-Touche Zoo (13 mins)
This ethical 500-hectare zoo is dedicated to protecting endangered animals. With regular events plus bikes and buggies for hire, this is a true family destination.

La Roche-Posay (35 mins)
On the River Creuse and with medieval fortifications, this elegant spa town still offers treatments, and even has its own celebrated brand of skincare products.

Zoo-Park de Beauval (29 mins)
Ranked amongst the Five Most Beautiful Zoo Parks in the World by Trip Advisor, Beauval has recently bred pandas highly successfully. There are reserves for different animal types, plus a spectacular cable-car.

Parc Natural Régional de la Brenne (10 mins)
Brenne National Park, a landscape of lakes and pools, marshland and woods. Created when medieval monks dug out fish-ponds, it is now rich in wildlife. With public access to bird watching hides and nature trails you can get up close to the wildlife on our doorstep. The link below has more information.

Châtillon-sur-Indre
You Apartment is situated in the heart of this medieval town based round a 12th century donjon (fortified tower). You are walking distance from, local shops, butcher, bakers, supermarket and restaurants and bars. It’s close to family entertainments such as swimming pool, go-kart track and kayaking on the River Indre.

Le Musée de l’Automobile de Valençay
The Valençay Automobile Museum has a 1,600 m² exhibition area with some sixty vehicles (cars, fire engines, motorcycles, etc.) in working order, dating back to 1898, mainly retracing the history of the history of the automobile.
You will also discover an important collection of garage signs, spare parts and posters, as well as a 1967 film on the "Red Cruise" shown in a projection room.
